General terms of purchase KedelsLast updated: September 20, 2026
General terms of purchase – Kedels
These general terms and conditions of purchase (“Purchase Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products through our website “Kedels” (“Kedels” or the “Site”).
Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before ordering any product: by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms.
The Site is owned and operated by B2Stock, with registered office at Viale Trieste, 9 - 46017 Rivarolo Mantovano (MN), VAT 02768110203, SDI code M5UXCR1 (hereinafter “B2Stock”, the “Seller” or “We”). B2Stock is also the entity that sells the products available on the Site.
If you need assistance, you can consult the Assistance section, which provides information on orders, shipping, complaints, refunds, the return of products purchased on the Site and the other services provided by B2Stock. You can also contact our Customer Care through the contact form available on the Site.
1. Commercial policy
1.1. These Purchase Terms apply to all services made available by the Seller through the Site and to the purchase of any product offered on the Site (“Products”) by consumer users, meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out (“you” or the “Customer”).
1.2. If you are not acting as a “consumer”, please contact us through the relevant section or contact form available on the Site and do not conclude commercial transactions through the Site.
1.3. The Site is intended exclusively for adult Customers.
1.4. In light of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than a “consumer” or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.5. The offer and sale of Products are available only in the countries indicated on the relevant page of the Site, accessible from the home page.
1.6. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Purchase Terms, provided that amendments cannot affect orders already in progress. Any amendments and/or new terms shall become effective upon publication on the Site. The Customer is therefore invited to consult the Site periodically to check the updated version of the Purchase Terms.
1.7. The applicable Purchase Terms are those in force and effective at the time the Customer places an order for a Product.
1.8. The Customer acknowledges that continued use of the Site’s services after the effective date of a notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the Purchase Terms in their updated version.
1.9. If the Customer no longer wishes to be bound by the Purchase Terms, they must refrain from making purchases on the Site and may delete their account at any time using the features available on the Site or by contacting B2Stock.
1.10. These Purchase Terms govern exclusively the sending of order proposals relating to products available on the Site by the Customer and their possible acceptance by the Seller. For purchases made through external marketplaces (for example eBay, ManoMano, etc.), the Customer must review the purchase terms published on the respective platforms.
2. Registration
2.1. To use the services available on the Site and purchase one or more Products, you must register and create an account.
2.2. Registration on the Site is free of charge. To register, the Customer must complete the relevant form indicating first name, last name, email address and password (“Registration Credentials”). The Customer who intends to create an account must accept the Purchase Terms and read the privacy notice. Failure to accept the Purchase Terms, as well as any reservation of rights by the Customer, will make it impossible to complete registration. Registration will be confirmed by a communication sent to the email address indicated by the Customer.
2.3. Registration Credentials are personal and may not be transferred to third parties. The Customer must promptly inform the Seller if they suspect improper use of their Credentials. Registration Credentials may be changed by the Customer at any time by accessing the user profile area.
2.4. The Customer represents and warrants that all information provided during registration is complete, correct and true. Operations carried out through the Registration Credentials are deemed to have been performed by the Customer to whom those Credentials belong.
2.5. Only one registration is allowed for each Customer. Any multiple registrations may be deleted.
2.6. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the Customer’s access to the Site or to refuse orders in the event of breaches of these Purchase Terms or abusive conduct. By way of example, this may include the return of products that were not purchased or the improper use of promotional tools, such as discount vouchers. Before adopting such measures, the Seller will inform the Customer and allow them to provide explanations. The Customer may submit a formal complaint. The measures adopted will not limit any withdrawal rights of the Customer.
2.7. The Customer may request deletion of their account at any time, with immediate effect, by contacting B2Stock through the channels indicated on the Site.
3. How to conclude a Contract with the Seller
3.1. To purchase one or more Products on the Site, you must complete the online order form and submit it electronically to the Seller following the instructions provided.
3.2. The order form contains information on the essential characteristics of each Product ordered and its unit price, the available payment methods, shipping terms, and shipping and delivery costs.
3.3. Before sending the order form, you will be able to identify and correct any data entry errors.
3.4. Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before sending the order. Submitting the order form constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If the Customer does not intend to accept one or more provisions, they are invited not to submit the order.
3.5. Immediately after electronic transmission of the order, you will receive confirmation of its receipt. That communication does not constitute the Seller’s intention to conclude the sales contract, but only confirms that the order has been correctly submitted. The Customer is invited to check the content of the communication and report any errors or inaccuracies to Customer Service.
3.6. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order in whole or in part. This may occur, for example, if one or more ordered Products are unavailable, if delivery to the indicated location is not possible, in the case of incomplete or incorrect orders, or in the other cases provided for in these Terms. In such circumstances the Seller will inform the Customer that the contract has not been concluded, specifying the reasons. Any unavailability of ordered Products will be communicated as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order. If the price of Products that are no longer available has already been paid, the Seller will refund the amounts paid for those items without undue delay. The Seller may also refuse an order proposal in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected illegal or fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these General Terms of Sale.
3.7. The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends to the email address indicated by the Customer confirmation of shipment of the Products included in the order. That communication contains a summary of the order information, including the essential characteristics of the Products, the price, the payment method used, how to exercise the right of withdrawal, shipping costs and any additional costs, as well as customer service details and how to contact B2Stock. You are advised to keep that email as proof of purchase or to archive it on a durable medium.
3.8. You have the right to cancel an order within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. If you wish to cancel the order, you must contact our Customer Service within the above time limit using the channels available on the Site. The Seller will refund the full price paid within twenty (20) days of receiving the cancellation request. This option does not affect the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 8.
3.9. The Customer is responsible for correctly entering their personal data and delivery details at the time of the order. The Seller does not guarantee that such information can be changed after confirmation has been received. Any change requests sent by the Customer within 3 (three) hours of order confirmation will be considered and the Seller will do what is reasonably possible to follow them up. Such intervention cannot, however, be considered guaranteed or binding. After that time, requests may be assessed at the Seller’s discretion; any delays, additional costs or disruption resulting from the requested changes cannot be attributed to Kedels. The order will be stored in the database for the time necessary for its fulfilment and for the periods required by law. The Customer may access order information through their account.
3.10. The language used for the performance of contracts with the Seller is the language selected by the Customer among those available on the Site.
4. Warranties and Product pricing
4.1. The essential characteristics of the Products are set out on the Site in the relevant product pages. Colour images published on the Site may not correspond perfectly to the actual appearance due to the settings of the Internet browser, monitor or device used. Product dimensions are measured taking into account the outermost parts of the Products, as indicated in the relevant technical sheet.
4.2. The Customer will be charged the Product price indicated on the Site at the time the order is submitted. The Customer is therefore invited to check the final selling price before sending the order form.
4.3. Orders placed from a country other than the country to which shipping is requested, or destined for addresses to which the Seller cannot deliver, may be refused.
4.4. The delivery cost is expressly indicated on the Site and will be shown separately in the order form and in the confirmation email.
4.5. All Products sold by B2Stock will be delivered in their packaging. If you wish to return a purchased Product, you should not damage its original packaging while trying it.
4.6. If a Product sold by the Seller has manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer must promptly contact our Customer Care through the channels available on the Site.
4.7. All Products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal warranty relating to defects and lack of conformity provided for by applicable law. The legal warranty lasts two years from delivery of the Products. The Customer is entitled to obtain restoration of conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, without prejudice to the right to choose between those remedies within the limits provided by law, or, where the relevant conditions are met, to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract.
4.8. If the Customer requests repair or replacement of the Product because of a lack of conformity under this Section 4, the delivery costs necessary to return the Product will be borne by the Seller, as will the costs of delivering the repaired or replaced Product.
5. Payments
5.1. Payment of the Product price and related shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the methods indicated on the Site when the order is submitted.
5.2. In the case of payment by credit/debit card, all related data, such as the card number and expiry date, will be transmitted via an encrypted protocol to the provider selected for remote electronic payments, without third parties being able to access them. Such data will not be used by the Seller except to carry out the purchase procedure, manage any refunds resulting from returns or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or report any cases of fraud to the competent authorities. The price of the Products and related shipping and delivery costs, as shown in the order form, will be charged to the Customer’s account at the time of order confirmation.
5.3. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be confirmed once the Seller has received valid crediting of the funds. The time required for the credit may vary depending on the credit institution used and the value date indicated by the Customer.
5.4. Discount codes are personalised codes that allow the Customer to benefit from a discount on purchases made on Kedels.
5.5. The Promotional Code field is available during the payment process. After adding items to the cart, the Customer may enter the code in the relevant field and update it so as to display the new cart total.
5.6. The use of discount codes is subject to the following limitations: i) each discount code may be used only once; ii) the discount code cannot be converted into cash; iii) it is not possible to use more than one discount code in the same order proposal.
5.7. As of 20/10/2025 B2Stock has introduced a Cashback programme that can be used on the Kedels website: the Cashback balance is accumulated with each purchase, with 3% of the last order saved on the Customer’s personal profile thanks to the code received by email after completion of the order. The balance is updated with each new purchase and remains valid for six months from the last update. At the end of the fifth month a reminder will be sent to the Customer to use the Cashback balance. Once the validity period has expired, the balance will be reset. Cashback credit may be used up to 30% of the purchase value for orders of up to €200. For orders over €200, the credit may be used up to 50%. For example, if the Customer has €50 of credit and the next purchase is worth €40, only 30% of the cart value may be used, equal to €12. The remaining balance will stay available on the profile for subsequent purchases.
6. Shipping and delivery of Products
6.1. Purchased Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.
6.2. For each order, the Seller will send the related tax documentation by email in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The receipt and/or invoice will be prepared on the basis of the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. It will not be possible to amend the receipt or invoice after it has been issued. Customers who need an invoice must request it when sending the order form.
6.3. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are shown separately in the order form and on the invoice.
6.4. Purchased Products will be delivered on working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and local or national holidays, within the period indicated during checkout. If no specific delivery period is indicated, delivery will take place within fourteen (14) days from the day after the order is confirmed.
6.5. Delivery is deemed completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address shown in the order form.
6.6. Upon delivery of the Products by the courier, the Customer, or a person appointed by them, must check:
- that the number of items delivered matches the number indicated on the delivery note;
- that the packaging and related seals are intact and not damaged, wet or altered in any way.
6.7. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product, as well as any discrepancies relating to the number of items or the documentation, must be reported immediately in writing on the courier’s delivery note.
6.8. For smaller islands and remote areas an additional shipping cost may apply. The amount will be communicated automatically to the Customer at the time of the order or by our Customer Service after receipt of the order.
6.9. Products are delivered to street level.
6.10. If delivery is prevented by force majeure or additional costs arise from address changes or from particular circumstances not communicated by the Customer at the time of purchase, such as limited-traffic zones, inability of certain vehicles to access the location, or deliveries to upper floors, our Customer Service will contact the Customer by email to communicate any delays or additional costs. Orders containing non-existent, incorrect or incomplete telephone numbers may be automatically suspended pending communication of the correct data by the Customer.
6.11. For Products already packaged and available in the warehouse in two (2) or more units, an additional shipping cost may apply if the order is placed for a quantity lower than the available quantity. That amount will be calculated at the time of the order or communicated by our Customer Service after receipt of the order. In these cases, the Customer may pay the requested amount, change the order by adding the desired quantity of Products, or cancel it.
6.12. Products offered on the Site may be available in our warehouse or ordered from our suppliers. In the latter case, suppliers may sometimes ship the Products directly to the Customer by drop-shipment; in other cases, the Products are first sent to our logistics centre and then shipped to the Customer. For this reason delivery times may vary.
7. Customer Service
7.1. For further information, requests or reports, the Customer is invited to contact our Customer Service through the relevant section and the contact channels available on the Site, as indicated in the introduction to these Purchase Terms.
8. Consumer rights and right of withdrawal
8.1. The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The fourteen-day withdrawal period runs from the day on which the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, took possession of the ordered Products.
8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract through the Withdrawal section available on the Site. Proof of the withdrawal communication must be kept.
8.3. The Products must not have been used or damaged. The Products must be returned in their original packaging, which forms an integral part of the Products themselves. The Customer must return the Products using a carrier of their choice and at their own expense within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw. The costs and risks of returning the Products are borne by the Customer.
8.4. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the returned Products, including any shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Customer. In any event, the Customer will not incur costs as a result of the refund.
8.5. The Seller will refund the Product price in full. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return, unless the return is due to an error attributable to the Seller or to a defective item. The Customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the returned Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The related amount may be deducted from the refund due. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Customer will not incur further costs as a result of the refund request.
8.6. The Products must be returned to the Seller packed securely and shipped, at the Customer’s risk and expense, using the return number provided through the online return form. The Customer must communicate the shipment tracking number to B2Stock.
8.7. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the purchased Product as a whole; therefore, if the Product consists of several components or parts, withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of only one part of the Product;
- the right of withdrawal is also excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code and, in particular:
- for orders relating to Products made to measure or clearly personalised, for example wallpaper;
- for orders relating to sealed Products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and which have been opened after delivery.
9. Privacy
9.1. Information on how B2Stock processes the Customer’s personal data is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
9.2. For further information on the Privacy Policy, the Customer may contact Customer Care through the contact details or the contact form available on the Site.
10. Suspension of the service
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without notice, the provision of the Site and related services for the period strictly necessary to carry out technical interventions deemed necessary or appropriate in order to improve the quality of the services offered.
10.2. The Seller may interrupt the provision of the service if security reasons or breaches of confidentiality arise, informing the Customer where necessary.
11. Site content and intellectual property rights
11.1. All content on the Site, including, by way of example, works, sounds, videos, images, photographs, dialogues, music, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material, regardless of format, is protected by copyright law and other intellectual property rights belonging to B2Stock and/or the other respective owners. Reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution, sale or any other form of exploitation of the images and content on the Site is prohibited, except with the prior written authorisation of B2Stock.
11.2. The Site is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. The Customer may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, extract data from or sell content, software, Products or services on the Site. The Customer may also not use the Site or its content for commercial purposes, including advertising activities or activities aimed at generating advertising revenue.
11.3. All distinctive signs relating to the products or services published on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used by B2Stock as owner and/or authorised licensee exclusively to distinguish, describe and promote the products and services published or offered for sale on the Site.
11.4. Any use of the above distinctive signs that is not in accordance with the law or previously authorised is prohibited. No distinctive sign on the Site may be used in order to obtain an undue advantage from its reputation or in any way that may be prejudicial to the sign itself or to its owner.
11.5. In no event may the Customer alter, change, modify or adapt the Site or the materials provided by the Seller. The Customer may not circumvent technical limitations incorporated in the software, translate, decrypt, decompile or disassemble the software, attempt to access its source code, create derivative works based on the software, publish it so that others may duplicate it, or rent, sublicense, lease or lend it.
12. Errors and limitations of liability
12.1. The Seller cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously and without interruptions, errors or malfunctions connected with the Internet connection. Although the Seller takes the measures reasonably necessary to ensure regular access to the Site, the dynamic nature of the Internet and its content may result in suspensions, interruptions or discontinuities, including as a result of Site update activities.
12.2. The Site does not provide statements or warranties other than those set out in these Purchase Terms. It is understood that the Customer uses the Site under their full responsibility and that such use must take place in accordance with the instructions provided by the Seller.
12.3. The Seller does not absolutely guarantee the accuracy of all content published on the Site. Information relating to the Products is constantly updated; however, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
12.4. The Seller reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without notice, without prejudice to the rights granted to the Customer by these Purchase Terms and the Consumer Code.
13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
13.1. These Purchase Terms are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts (the “Consumer Code”), with specific reference to Chapter I, Title III of Part III, as well as by Italian Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of electronic commerce. The choice of applicable law will not have the effect of depriving the Customer of the protection deriving from provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of the country in which the Customer has their habitual residence.
13.2. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly and entirely excluded.
13.3. For all disputes relating to purchases and/or these Purchase Terms, the court of the consumer’s domicile or residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law, or, at the consumer’s choice, the Court of Milan.
Use of Artificial Intelligence systems
Kedels uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) systems with the aim of improving the quality of its services, the browsing experience and the assistance provided to customers.
In particular:
Chatbot
The chat service may initially be managed by a virtual assistant based on Artificial Intelligence systems, through which support, information and assistance are provided. If necessary, or at the user’s request, the conversation may be transferred to a human operator by opening a support ticket.
Text content
Product descriptions, translations, informational content and support materials may be generated, processed or optimised with the support of Artificial Intelligence systems. Such content is subject to verification, review and approval by Kedels staff before publication.
Product images
The images published on the Site are intended to represent the actual Product. In certain cases, Artificial Intelligence tools may be used exclusively to generate or modify backgrounds, settings or other accessory elements of the images, without changing the essential characteristics of the Product represented.
Kedels adopts organisational and technical measures aimed at ensuring that the use of Artificial Intelligence systems complies with applicable law and that published content maintains adequate standards of accuracy, transparency and reliability.
